How much do you charge for shipping?

  • For orders below $300, we charge a flat shipping fee of $50.
  • For orders $300 and above, the shipping fee is reduced to $30.
  • We offer free shipping for orders above $500.

What does a hub or a bridge do?

A smart home hub, sometimes called a bridge, functions like a brain for your smart home. Its main job is to make all your smart gadgets work together smoothly.  It connects all your devices so that you will be able to access and control them from your preferred smart home app.

What happens if the internet goes out?

If the internet goes out, you will not be able to use the remote access function to control your devices while some devices may experience limited functionality. However, with devices like light switches or door locks, they will still work manually.

What are your exchange policies?

All goods sold in satisfactory condition are non-refundable but can be exchanged:

Sealed Products

Products in unopened, sealed packaging can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Unsealed or Opened Products:

If unused, a 30% restocking fee applies.

If used, a 60% restocking fee applies.

Defective Products within 7 Days:

If the product is found to be defective (manufacturer defect) within 7 days of purchase or upon delivery, we offer a one-to-one exchange at the shop.

Defective Products After 7 Days:

For products found defective (manufacturer defect) after 7 days but within the warranty period, they will be handled by the Service Centre of the respective distributor.
